Ruinart Blanc De Blancs L'Exclusive 2000

In the heart of Reims lies the first Champagne House Ruinart, founded in 1729. Elegance, style and timelessness define the DNA of the House Ruinart, one of France's most beloved brands, embodying the excellence of the French art of living in all the world.

The L'Exclusive vintage is the result of a unique blend made from great vintages of 6 Chardonnay Grands Crus among the 17 in Champagne. Published in a limited series, L'Exclusive de Ruinart was produced in magnum, a format in which the champagne appears even finer. This is a replica of 18th century bottles. It is adorned with a silver metal adornment, the creation of which was entrusted to the goldsmith Christofle, a company founded in 1830. Each of the magnums is presented in a Bété box, African walnut with a rare essence. Closed with a key, this box is intended to become, with its humidifier and hygrometer, a simple and efficient cigar humidor, if desired.

This cuvée was created by Ruinart to celebrate the third millennium. Only 14,000 bottles of this blend of six grands crus were produced. According to Ruinart it is the maximum expression of Chardonnay and has immense aging potential. The wine itself is exceptional, along with its box and bottle.
