Pertois-Moriset is a family-owned grower Champagne house based in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger (Côte des Blancs Grand Cru), founded in 1951 through the marriage of Yves Pertois and Janine Moriset, both from historic winegrowing families.
Today the estate is managed by the third generation, Cécile Pertois and her husband Vincent, overseeing around 20 hectares of vineyards, mainly located in the Côte des Blancs, where Chardonnay dominates.
The house is known for:
- strong focus on Grand Cru terroirs
- low dosage / Extra Brut style
- blocked malolactic fermentation to preserve tension
- partial vinification in oak for complexity
The philosophy is clear: precision, minerality and terroir expression over winemaking signature.
A signature cuvée blending four Grand Cru villages of the Côte des Blancs. This Blanc de Blancs expresses the full spectrum of Chardonnay: precision, salinity and elegance. Vinified in both stainless steel and oak, with a portion of perpetual reserve wines, it offers notes of citrus, white flowers and chalk, with a refined and persistent mineral finish.
