Pertois-Moriset is a family-owned grower Champagne house based in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger (Côte des Blancs Grand Cru), founded in 1951 through the marriage of Yves Pertois and Janine Moriset, both from historic winegrowing families.
Today the estate is managed by the third generation, Cécile Pertois and her husband Vincent, overseeing around 20 hectares of vineyards, mainly located in the Côte des Blancs, where Chardonnay dominates.
The house is known for:
- strong focus on Grand Cru terroirs
- low dosage / Extra Brut style
- blocked malolactic fermentation to preserve tension
- partial vinification in oak for complexity
The philosophy is clear: precision, minerality and terroir expression over winemaking signature.
An elegant and refined rosé crafted through blending Chardonnay with a small proportion of Pinot Noir from Bouzy. Fresh and precise, it combines red berry notes with citrus and floral nuances. The palate is vibrant and mineral, with a subtle structure and long, clean finish. A gastronomic rosé with both finesse and depth.
