Pertois-Moriset is a family-owned grower Champagne house based in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger (Côte des Blancs Grand Cru), founded in 1951 through the marriage of Yves Pertois and Janine Moriset, both from historic winegrowing families.
Today the estate is managed by the third generation, Cécile Pertois and her husband Vincent, overseeing around 20 hectares of vineyards, mainly located in the Côte des Blancs, where Chardonnay dominates.
The house is known for:
- strong focus on Grand Cru terroirs
- low dosage / Extra Brut style
- blocked malolactic fermentation to preserve tension
- partial vinification in oak for complexity
The philosophy is clear: precision, minerality and terroir expression over winemaking signature.
L’Assemblage is the entry point into the Pertois-Moriset style, combining Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs with Pinot Noir from the Sézannais. Fresh and approachable, it balances citrus-driven tension with subtle roundness. Notes of white fruit, brioche and light pastry lead to a clean, mineral finish. A versatile Champagne designed for both aperitif and gastronomy.
