Pertois-Moriset is a family-owned grower Champagne house based in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger (Côte des Blancs Grand Cru), founded in 1951 through the marriage of Yves Pertois and Janine Moriset, both from historic winegrowing families.

Today the estate is managed by the third generation, Cécile Pertois and her husband Vincent, overseeing around 20 hectares of vineyards, mainly located in the Côte des Blancs, where Chardonnay dominates.

The house is known for:

  • strong focus on Grand Cru terroirs
  • low dosage / Extra Brut style
  • blocked malolactic fermentation to preserve tension
  • partial vinification in oak for complexity

The philosophy is clear: precision, minerality and terroir expression over winemaking signature.

A precise expression of the Chouilly Grand Cru terroir, known for its roundness and generosity. This single-village Champagne combines stainless steel and oak vinification to achieve both purity and complexity. Notes of ripe orchard fruit, hazelnut and citrus evolve into a saline, mineral finish with excellent balance and length.
