Maison Paul Jaboulet Aîné
Founded in 1834 in Tain-l’Hermitage in the northern Rhône Valley, Paul Jaboulet Aîné is one of the most historic and respected names in French winemaking. The estate has long been synonymous with excellence in the Rhône, particularly known for its iconic Hermitage La Chapelle. Since 2006, the domaine has been owned by the Frey family, who also manage Château La Lagune in Bordeaux. Under the direction of oenologist Caroline Frey, the estate has embraced organic and biodynamic viticulture, enhancing the purity and expression of its wines across the region.
Parallèle 45 Côtes du Rhône Blanc 2024 is a fresh and aromatic white wine produced by Maison Paul Jaboulet Aîné from organically farmed grapes. A blend of Viognier, Grenache Blanc, Marsanne, Roussanne, and Clairette, it is fermented at low temperatures in stainless steel to preserve the full expression of the fruit. It shows a pale straw yellow color with silvery highlights. The nose is intense, offering aromas of white flowers and stone fruits, especially apricot. On the palate, it is full-bodied yet balanced by lively freshness, with a pleasant, fruity finish.
