Guy Robin - Valmur Chablis Grand Cru 2017

The 20-hectare winery was founded in 1845. Over the years and decades, the family-run estate has been able to amass a true treasure; most of the old vines are found in excellent 1er Cru and Grand Cru locations. Robins take care of this treasure and know how to make it shine. In winemaking, the use of new wood is largely or completely avoided. The wines are sparkling, fresh and pure and are among the best in the denomination.
