Collet - Art Déco Premier Cru Brut

Collet is the oldest Champagne producer cooperative, founded in 1921 and based in Aÿ, in the heart of Champagne, on a Grand Cru-classified territory. Maison Collet oversees 700 hectares of vineyards.

The Collet Brut Art Déco is the emblematic Champagne of the Maison, carefully "crafted" using grapes from 7 Grand Crus and 13 Premier Crus. The Chardonnay from Vertus brings freshness, vibrancy, and citrus notes, while the Chardonnay from Villers-Marmery adds minerality and smoky nuances. Pinot Noir contributes structure, richness, and elegance to the cuvée, with grapes sourced from the villages of Hautvillers and Avenay-Val-d'Or, blended with Crus from Rilly-la-Montagne to enhance aromatic complexity. Finally, 20% Meunier from Ville-Dommange completes the blend with roundness and softness.


The Collet Brut Art Déco presents a bright yellow color with a fine and persistent perlage. It offers good complexity with prominent notes of white flowers, citrus, white-fleshed fruit, anise, honey, lavender, and a smoky touch. On the palate, it is creamy with flavors of pineapple and apple, finishing with smoky nuances and a hint of iodine.
