Champagne Gimonnet-Gonet was established in 1986 by Anne Gonet and Philippe Gimonnet, both hailing from esteemed winemaking families in the Côte des Blancs region of Champagne, France. They began with 5 hectares of vineyards, primarily in Grand Cru villages such as Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Chouilly, Cramant, and Oger. Over the years, their holdings have expanded to approximately 13.5 hectares, including plots in the Vallée de la Marne where they cultivate Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. In 2012, their son Charles joined the family business, continuing the tradition of crafting high-quality Champagnes that reflect the unique terroir of their vineyards.
- 75% Pinot Noir and 25% Meunier

- Aged on lees for at least 3 years
A blend of brioche and red fruits on the nose. Its dry and elegant style makes this Champagne an ideal aperitif, while its structure also pairs perfectly with seafood and fish dishes.
