Cabana das Bolboretas is a small, artisanal winery located in Galicia, northwest Spain, dedicated to the traditional method of sparkling wine production. Founded by a group of passionate growers and winemakers, the project focuses on sustainability, minimal intervention, and a deep respect for the land. The name “Cabana das Bolboretas,” meaning Cabin of the Butterflies, reflects the winery's philosophy of harmony with nature and delicate craftsmanship. All wines are produced using native Galician grape varieties, long aging periods, and no dosage, highlighting the purity and elegance of the terroir. 

A step further in maturity and depth, this cuvée spends 48 months on the lees. Still Brut Nature, it is intensely expressive, with aromas of toasted almonds, baked apples, and floral hints. On the palate, it is rich and textured, yet balanced by a vivid acidity and saline finish. This wine showcases the aging potential and finesse of the local grape varieties, offering a complex and elegant drinking experience.
