Cabana das Bolboretas is a small, artisanal winery located in Galicia, northwest Spain, dedicated to the traditional method of sparkling wine production. The name “Cabana das Bolboretas,” meaning Cabin of the Butterflies, reflects the winery's philosophy of harmony with nature and delicate craftsmanship. All wines are produced using native Galician grape varieties, long aging periods, and no dosage, highlighting the purity and elegance of the terroir. 

This sparkling wine is made using the traditional method and aged on lees for 36 months. Crafted without dosage, it reveals a vibrant and precise profile. The wine offers fine, persistent bubbles and aromas of citrus, green apple, and brioche, with subtle mineral undertones. The palate is dry and refreshing, with excellent structure and complexity, perfect for those seeking a pure expression of Galician sparkling wine.
