Benoît Lahaye is a family-run grower based in Bouzy Grand Cru (Montagne de Reims), with roots dating back to 1898. The estate spans around 5 hectares, planted predominantly with Pinot Noir across Bouzy, Ambonnay and Tauxières.
Since taking over in 1993, Benoît Lahaye has progressively converted the domaine to organic (since 2003) and biodynamic farming (since 2009), working soils with horse ploughing and natural preparations.
Vinifications are carried out mainly in oak barrels, with long ageing on lees and very low or zero dosage, aiming for pure, terroir-driven Champagnes with strong identity and mineral expression.
A unique and historic cuvée from a single old vineyard planted with a mix of traditional Champagne grape varieties. All grapes are harvested and pressed together, creating a complex and layered expression of the terroir. Vinified in oak and bottled with zero dosage, it delivers remarkable depth, combining orchard fruit, brioche, honeyed notes and a strong chalky minerality. A truly distinctive Champagne with both richness and precision.
