Benoît Lahaye is a family-run grower based in Bouzy Grand Cru (Montagne de Reims), with roots dating back to 1898. The estate spans around 5 hectares, planted predominantly with Pinot Noir across Bouzy, Ambonnay and Tauxières.
Since taking over in 1993, Benoît Lahaye has progressively converted the domaine to organic (since 2003) and biodynamic farming (since 2009), working soils with horse ploughing and natural preparations.
Vinifications are carried out mainly in oak barrels, with long ageing on lees and very low or zero dosage, aiming for pure, terroir-driven Champagnes with strong identity and mineral expression.
A powerful and structured Blanc de Noirs made entirely from Pinot Noir grown in Grand Cru vineyards of Bouzy. Rich and expressive, it offers notes of ripe orchard fruit, brioche and subtle spice. The palate is full-bodied yet balanced by freshness and fine minerality, delivering both depth and precision.
